Our products are digital downloads. Each ebook is delivered as a PDF, along with any printable worksheets or bonuses listed on its sales page. Delivery is instant after the payment clears, by email and from a thank-you page.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars on the sales page and at checkout. Stripe will charge your card or payment method at the time of purchase. You will receive an email receipt from Stripe and a separate delivery email from us.
Every product on this site is sold with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you bought an ebook and it did not save you what it claimed to save you within 30 days of purchase, reply to your receipt and we will refund you in full. No forms. No questionnaires. The offer is real.
After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.
The ebooks, worksheets, prompt libraries, and any other downloads are owned by Chimney Studios. You may use them for your own business and share specific sections with your team, your accountant, or anyone working on your behalf. You may not resell them, repackage them as your own, or distribute them publicly. If you want to use a chunk of the content in something you publish, ask first and we will usually say yes with attribution.
You may not use these products in ways that are illegal, deceptive, or harmful. Common examples we will not help with: training a competing product on our copy, scraping the site, automating fake purchases, or using the email sequence to spam other people.
When you buy or opt in, we add you to the matching nurture sequence (5 emails over 7 days) and then to a weekly broadcast list. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can leave at any time and your purchase will still be honored.
Our products contain advice and frameworks based on the work we do at Chimney Studios. They are sold as educational material. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Tool prices, features, and providers we mention change over time. Always check the source before paying for a third-party product.
To the extent permitted by law, Chimney Studios is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If you bought a product before the change, the version of the terms in effect on the date of purchase governs your purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
